Battery Inspection

The best way to stay on top of an old battery to ensure peak BMW reliability is through routine inspections after two years of service. The inspection includes a certified technician assessing the battery's case and posts where it meets the terminal. If we find any case disfiguration, such as bloating, leaking fluid, or corrosion, it will need to be replaced as it is at severe risk of failure.

Electrical Testing

This is a two-part test that verifies a battery's electrical performances in the amount of electricity stored, called reserve capacity, and the amount of electricity sent to start the engine, called cold-cranking amps. Old batteries will need to be replaced if the certified technician finds that the battery is not performing properly.

Battery Replacement

Battery replacement includes removing the old battery, inspecting the terminal to confirm it is corrosion-free, providing a strong connection, and installing a brand new genuine OEM part from our parts department.
